LeClaire Surveying Services.
The company, which is owned and operated by Steven LeClaire, offers up services ranging from small lot surveys to mortgage reports and elevations certificates all the way to construction projects, utility layout and boundary surveys. Additionally, services like design surveys, construction staking, land title surveys, digital terrain modeling and CADD drafting are available as well.
LeClaire Surveying works throughout much of the Upper Peninsula, doing business in Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga, Ontonagon, Marquette, Gogebic, Iron and Dickinson counties.
