A new service is offering support to Marquette County residents who have challenges like age, medical issues or disability.
Help Me Ronda, LLC is a service run by owner Ronda Huffman, who has 15 years of experience working in health care. She offers in-home care and support options for senior citizens and others who need support to lead active, independent lives. She doesn't offer medical services, but can help with custodial care or daily activities, like coordinating health care needs, giving medication reminders, offering respite to family members and caregivers, hospice support or companionship. Huffman also offers housekeeping and organizing, lawn care and general landscaping, meal preparation, overseeing exercise programs, running errands or doing shopping, providing pet care, and even more services as needed.
The goal in all of it is to offer better independence, safety, and quality of life to those who are having trouble managing it themselves due to age or medical conditions.
"Loved ones deserve care that is nothing short of extraordinary," Huffman says. "I'm excited to be able to continue working with families providing quality care, but in a more hands on role. Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference in helping to improve quality of everyday life, and just making things a wee bit easier. Part of what we offer both clients and families is the reassurance that help is available, in the convenience and security of their own homes, we offer peace of mind."
Huffman can be contacted via phone at 906-475-7718 or by
email.
