The Blue Water Area Transportation Commission (BWATC) is again offering free, door-to-door safe rides to and from passengers’ parties for New Year’s Eve this year.
Pick-ups begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, and run until 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, January 1
in Port Huron, Marysville, Ft. Gratiot, and Burtchville. This community service is offered in partnership with Radio First to keep our community safer.
For more information, or to schedule your ride(s), call the Blue Water Area Transit Dispatch Center at 810.987.7373, option 2 at the voice prompt. Riders are encouraged to book their trips before December 31 to get the necessary times and routes.
Passengers can also use the new TRANSIT application on their phones to see where the Blue Water Transit fixed routes are, in real time. TRANSIT is available in the app stores for Apple and Google, or by scanning this QR Code:
