Downtown Port Huron’s The Underground is in the midst of hosting a four-part business presentation series from consultant Ken Gadd. The events, which are free to attend but require registration ahead of each talk, are made possible by The Underground and co-sponsor Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County.
On Thursday, April 4, Gadd will lead the Growth Planning for the Future workshop, helping entrepreneurs develop a growthThe Underground is a business incubator and co-working space in downtown Port Huron. strategy and plans for implementation.
On Thursday, April 18, it’s Part Three of the series: Identifying Your Most Valuable Customers. Here Gadd teaches entrepreneurs how to identify good customers, how to turn them into great customers, and how to say goodbye to the bad ones.
On Tuesday, April 23, is the finale of the four-part speaker series. Titled Your Financial Dashboard, Gadd offers insights into what various business numbers mean and how entrepreneurs can use them to their advantage.
The first event of the series took place on Wednesday, March 20, when Gadd helped participants examine whether it was the right time to start a business.
Gadd has owned and operated Gadd Business Consultants since 1982. He recently served as judge for the Catapult Small Business Competition.
