To keep up with customer demand in the national marketplace, Forensic Fluid Laboratories has added a new Inside Sales position to work directly with clients and address their needs.

Devin Baydoun has been named Inside Sales Representative. In this role, Baydoun will be the company’s representative to work with existing customers.

She is a graduate of Wayne State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice.

She has experience in customer service, and organizational communications and brand management/marketing in a variety of industries, including food and event, technology and the financial industry.

She joins a staff of 50 at Forensic Fluids Laboratories, the nation’s only drug testing lab to specialize exclusively in the testing of oral fluid.

Oral fluid drug testing analyzes a person’s saliva for the presence of prescription medicines, illegal substances or designer drugs.It is a simple, quick, and easily observed drug test that allows for detection of more than 130 different compounds.

The company now operates in 27 states and serves more than 800 customers nationwide in healthcare, business, law enforcement and corrections. In 2012 sales reached $11 million.
