At AVB, a project manager and two project engineers have joined the construction management company.
Jacqueline DeNoyer has been hired as project manager. AVB also recently hired Wendy Lockner and Elizabeth Lynch as project engineers.
DeNoyer recently returned from living and working in Tarija, Bolivia, and has U.S. and international experience in the construction industry. After graduating from University of Michigan with a bachelor’s in civil and environmental engineering, she continued on to Universidad Mayor de San Andres in La Paz, Bolivia for a post graduate course in Architectural Technology.
DeNoyer has worked as an engineering aid at Orchard Hiltz and McCliment, and as a project engineer for DeMattia Group. She wil manage commercial construction as a project manager.
As a project engineer Wendy Lockner is responsible for coordinating all necessary documents and communications for commercial projects.
Lockner completed both her bachelor of science and her master of public health degrees from the University of Connecticut, graduating with honors. She then went on to work at Genecare and Pfizer Inc., researching cytogenetics as well as genetic analysis. Since joining AVB’s Commercial Construction team as project engineer, Lockner uses her analytical skills in project coordination and organization.
Elizabeth Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Davenport University.
She has more than five years of experience in the construction industry that has been focused on administrative support, and managing contract agreements. Currently as Project Engineer for AVB, Lynch is responsible for project coordination, communication and maintaining all technical document submissions on assigned projects.
Throughout the years she was in school and during her career, she has participated in a number of volunteer groups such as Habitat for Humanity, Community Advocates, and Big Brothers & Big Sisters Organization.
