Wightman & Associates, Inc. adds five new team members

Wightman & Associates, Inc. recently welcomed five professionals to its team of service providers. 
 
Marlene Davis of Benton Harbor has joined WAI as an administrative assistant. She provides support for office operations in the company’s Benton Harbor location. She has 30 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant in Southwest Michigan. She serves as the Hagar Township treasurer.
 
Nathan Flickner of South Bend has been hired as a survey crew chief based out of the  Portage office.  He has 10 years of land surveying and field management experience. His background includes construction layout, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and experience with CAD and GIS.
 
Frank LaPierre of Edwardsburg will manage WAI’s portfolio of Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater grants and asset management plans out of the company’s Benton Harbor office. He has extensive operations and project management experience and most recently was the Waste Water and SAW Grant Administrator for Ontwa Township. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Administration from Indiana University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.
 
Kevin Marks, P.E. of Indianapolis has joined the WAI Benton Harbor office as a senior engineer. His more than 20 years of civil engineering and project management background includes highway reconstruction, water and sewer projects, and civil site work for building projects. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
 
Michael Williams of Plainwell has joined the WAI leadership team as the company’s finance director. He has nearly 20 years of finance and accounting experience and was most recently the controller for Ranir Global Holdings in Grand Rapids. Williams will be based out of the WAI Portage office. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Grand Valley State University.
