Where you headed for lunch? We're thinking that a stop over at
Phil's on Front might be in order.
Phil's on Front, located at 236 East Front Street in Traverse City, has a new chef by the name of Fresia Granado, and she has developed a new lunch menu for customers to salivate over.
Granados, who hails from Costa Rica, brings several years experience to her new position, having worked in the industry in both Costa Rica and northern Michigan as well as having worked as an instructor at the NMC Culinary School.
"We are delighted to have Chef Granados on board," says Phil Murray, the chef-owner of Phil's on Front. "She brings a natural ability to prepare and create the finest culinary dishes while using the freshest local ingredients."
The new lunch menu will have such delights as chalupas, tacos de pescado and polla picante. Phil's is open for lunch from Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
