Phil Murray, the chef-owner of
Phil's on Front in Traverse City, knows his cuisine, and that's evident to anyone who has ever sat down and enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, located at 236 East Front St.
That's why we are excited to hear that Murray has brought in a new chef to compliment the wonderful menu at Phil's.
Adam McMarlin has sharpened his skills (and knives) at a variety of quality restaurants, including the Farm House, the Bay Leaf Restaurant and, most recently, Bistro FouFou.
Murray says McMarlin will continue the Phil's tradition of focusing many of his creations on using local ingredients.
