Northern Vision Eye Care in Traverse City has brought on a new specialized opthalmologist, Dr. Amy Ranger.
Ranger specializes in oculoplastic and eyelid surgery, Botox procedures, cataract and refractive surgery. She also provides general opthalmology services such as for diseases of the eye, including diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye.
She earned her M.D. at University of Michigan Medical School, then completed an internship and opthalmology residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Among her accomplishments include research in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery presented at the state and national levels.
Ranger has practiced in Traverse City since 2000 and now is joining Northern Vision Eye Care, a practice led by Dr. Roger Butryn. New patients are welcome.
