Munson Healthcare has a new VP, Margo Francisco.
Francisco will be vice president of planning and regional collaboration for the health system, replacing Kathy Garthe, who is retiring.
She comes to the role from a previous position as director of regional planning, strategy, and business development, and has been with Munson since 2012. Her new duties will encompass planning, corporate communications and marketing, regional collaboration, physician referral, patient satisfaction, and certificate of need.
Francisco brings plenty of top-level experience to her new position, having also held executive positions at Meriter Health Services, Zeeland Community Hospital, BroMenn Healthcare, and having served as executive VP for several years at private marketing firm The Roberts Group.
She also holds a bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a MPA in health care administration from Western Michigan University.
