Grand Traverse Resort and Spa names new director of sales

There's a new director of sales over at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa and his name is Ryan Buck. 

 

Buck's position will find him responsible for overseeing all facets of the nearly 600-room report's group sales team, including revenue management, travel, trade shows and budgeting. 

 

He has nearly 14 years of experience and comes to Grand Traverse from W Hotels of Chicago, where he was the complex director of group sales. Before that, he worked at the Renaissance Blackstone Hotel and the Swissotel Chicago. 

 

Buck has a bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University.
