It's always nice to know that those above you in your company think you're doing an outstanding job. Russ and Leslie Knopp, owners of the
Traverse City Comfort Keepers offices, found out that the franchisors of their company think they're doing just that and awarded them with the 'Quest for Excellence' award.
The Knopps have owned the Traverse City franchise for six years. The company focuses on in-home care assistance, such as cooking nutritious meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, running errands and assistance bathing, among others.
The award was given to the Knopps to recognize their ability to deliver stellar business performance in 2010.
"Comfort Keepers is very fortunate to have Russ and Leslie as Traverse City owners," says Jim Booth, president and CEO of CK Franchising. "Their hard work, tenacity, and commitment to their clients truly deserve to be recognized and applauded."
The Knopps are involved in a wide variety of organizations in the Grand Traverse and Northwest Michigan communities. Combined, they participate in the Bay Area Senior Advocates, Grand Traverse Area Parkinson's Support Group, Alzheimer's Association, National Private Duty Association and many more.
