Recycling efforts help keep the community green.
When you're in the business of recycling and waste, you see the business end of a lot of community needs. That's the reason why Cadillac local recycling service Ms. Green has branched out into a new line of work: shredding and document destruction.
Ms. Green started in 2008 as a recycling service offering home and business pick up in Wexford, Missaukee and Osceola counties. That grew to the point that the owners built their own baling and processing plant in Cadillac in 2011. Now, they are looking ahead once again, and offering both on-site dropoff shredding service at their 1105 Leeson Avenue location, or mobile pickup for large amounts of documents.
The company is a member of the National Association of Information Destruction and guarantees a reasonable price, local service and confidential document destruction.
Shredding is available if you're dropping off on the first Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you need it picked up, Ms. Green has a mobile shredding service. Either way, customers receive a certificate of destruction for each job done. The shredded paper is baled in Cadillac and delivered to Manistique Papers in Manistique in the Upper Peninsula, where it is made into a number of recycled paper products.
