Northwood University in Midland has a new HR information specialist, Marcella Matzke.
Matzke's job includes evaluating, collecting, and reporting of Northwood's employee information, and managing software for the university's HR department.
Her background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwood itself, and a 2002 Innovation Award for her previous work as a distance education program manager, in which she helped develop and deliver online classes for Northwood.
