Three new technicians have joined
NetSource One in Saginaw. The IT company has hired Charles Santoro and Steve Foco on its help desk, and Chris Lewis will be joining its systems team.
Santoro will be helping customers who call NetSource One for technical support. He received a degree in network technology in June 2013 and previously was a high school mathematics teacher.
Steve Foco will be on the help desk, answering phones, handling technical support and directing callers to specialty technicians as needed. He is pursuing a computer science degree from Saginaw Valley State University.
Lewis is a graduate of Davenport University with a degree in business administration and has more than 12 years of experience in IT systems.
NetSource One staffs 33 people with varied technical expertise and certifications, partnering with companies including Cisco, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Fortinet, IBM and Novell to provide the latest tech support.
