Great Lakes Safety Training Center in Midland has added a new safety specialist, Gregg Grobbel, to its team.
Grobbel is a City of Midland firefighter with more than 25 years of firefighting experience. He will teach classes including hazardous waste operations, CPR, AED and first aid, construction maintenance and others at the center.
He is certified in hazardous waste operations, confined space and technical rescue, and as an American Red Cross lay responder instructor. Grobbel also teaches classes for the Firefighter Training Council.
