Art Peters at
Dow Chemical Employees Credit Union has a new job title, moving up from vice president of information technology to chief operations officer.
Peters' new responsibilities include directing and implementing the credit union's strategic plan, and being responsible for administrating process implementation, project management, analytics, continuity planning, all while continuing to oversee the IT functions of the credit union.
He's been with DCECU since 2011 and previously was VP of information technology at ACT, earning the recognition CIO of the Year from the Technology Association of Iowa in 2010.
"DCECU brings great value and benefits to its members and to the community," says Peters. "I'm looking forward to playing an even more active role in helping shape the future of this exceptional organization."
