It's official -- the
Uptown Grill in Bay City is open, and has been doing fine, by all reports.
Owner Vince Stuart opened the doors at 3 East Main Street in the Uptown Bay City development on the Saginaw River at the end of November, just in time to welcome holiday shoppers.
For now, Uptown Grill is just doing breakfast and lunch options, as the development pretty much goes to sleep at night until more nightlife businesses and residences are open. The hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., which should nicely accommodate breakfast on the way to work, brunch meetings and late lunches.
Offerings include a salmon BLT, sweet potato pancakes, classic breakfasts, sandwiches , salads and burgers, with plenty of gluten-free options and a focus on fresh ingredients.
The Uptown Grill also is available for private parties and events, and offers delivery options.
