Want to fly to Orlando but don’t want to have layovers or have to drive to Detroit to do it? Well, you’re in luck.
Allegiant Airlines has announced that it will be offering non-stop flights from
MBS International Airport in Freeland to Orlando twice per week on Thursday and Sunday starting Nov. 3.
Flights will depart from MBS at 11:25 a.m. and arrive in Orlando at 1:55 p.m. Flights leaving Orlando will depart at 8:10 a.m. and arrive in Freeland at 10:45 a.m.
"Obtaining non-stop service to leisure destinations has been one of our goals for some time and it will be nice to see this new service begin in November," says MBS manager Jeff Nagy.
Allegiant joins Delta Airlines and United Airlines as carriers that operate out of MBS.
