Named
after the street on which it can be found, this is both pool hall and
live music venue. Voted “Best Pool Hall” consistently by
The Metro Times since 1993, it’s open every night of the week
and caters to a diverse, but generally dressed-down crowd. Downstairs
19 billiard tables are surrounded by plenty of seating, a bar, and a
chicken that sends out bar food like burgers, chicken strips and
pizzas. Upstairs local bands and DJs work the sound system. They
boast low staff turnover a pool hall free of “seedy characters
and cigar smoke”. For more reviews go here.
