They come here for the food. Chef Gavin McMillian wants to preserve the concept of diner food while adding his own creativity and a twist. He sends out an eclectic array of dishes that are playful and flavorful. Everything is made from scratch. Vegetarians have many options. In line with the cuisine, the décor is colorful and mellow. Open daily for what has been termed "blunch" only 40 seats are available, including the small counter, so there's sometimes a wait. Those who don't get enough of The Fly Trap by visiting can purchase and take home a bottle of the house-made Swat Sauce (their own house made habanero hot sauce). For more diners' reviews go
