At Bright House Networks, I spearhead product engineering activities. This includes proof of concept, requirements definition, development or acquisition, integration, testing, and deployment of strategic HSD, Fiber, Business Phone and IP Trunking products. Additionally, I act as the pre- and post- sales technical liaison for Business Solutions customers. I am responsible for the understanding of PBX and Key Systems and how they will be integrated with out IP Trunking product. I am also responsible for understanding potential customer's needs based on the possible growth of their company. At times I am required to evaluate vendor products and vendor’s capabilities and assure technical competency and completeness of material presented to prospective Business Solutions customers. Also, I communicate with other members of the Business Solutions pre-sales/sales team to develop training initiatives that will enhance the effectiveness of the sales personnel.
