Isabella County Book Fair

The Mount Pleasant Young Professionals Network is hosting their first free book fair. Guests are invited to “shop” over 2,500 books—with themes from children's to adult, to cook books and school books. Before the fair, the organization is accepting donations of reusable tote bags for shoppers to take their books home in, as well as books themselves. Donations can be brought to Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum, Middle Michigan Development Corporation, or Sleepy Dog Books.
Mt. Pleasant Christmas Celebration

Come home for the holidays and walk the streets of historic downtown during the annual
Mt. Pleasant Christmas Celebration. Food and entertainment will fill the area with sights and smells of the holiday season, while participants share a pancake breakfast with Santa, take a Christmas light hayride, do a “make and take” craft, shop at local stores, sip hot cocoa at one of the warming stations, and enjoy the Lighted Christmas Parade.
