As a HR Specialist for the Granger Construction Company, my focus is entirely on people. Granger Construction has always placed a high priority on training and development for our employees. I organize internal and external training sessions as part of the Granger Learning Center. Besides training, my role encompasses talent recruitment and benefits administration.
