Luke Anthony Photography has a new home in the John Bean Building along with 4
th Culture Studios. After setting up shop in a studio in Diamondale two years ago, owner Luke Pline was looking for space that would better fit his needs as a photographer.
“I actually saw
the article on 4th Culture Studios in [Capital Gains],” says Pline. “There’s a character to the building and the area around the studio overall that has a creative energy to it.”
Pline specializes in photographing people. His work, which he has performed locally since moving back to the Lansing area from Chicago two years ago, includes commercial, product, modeling and engagement photography. His new space in the John Bean building allows him to expand upon this work.
“For the kind of photography I do, it’s great,” Pline says. “It’s an old, industrial warehouse, so there are a few things I want to do there, like put a sub floor in. But I’m really looking forward to working there.”
His new space is only one development Pline is working on for Luke Anthony Photography. He is currently in the process of rebranding, building his regional client base, and incorporating more video into his work.
