American Village Builders hires Shelly Worden
Shelly Worden has been hired by American Village Builders as New Home Consultant for the Walden Woods Community they are developing on Arboretum Parkway on the west side of Kalamazoo.
Worden will work with new home buyers to ensure their homes are of the highest quality and to their complete satisfaction, the company says.
Worden, a licensed Realtor, has more than 20 years of experience in real estate sales and management.
She and her family recently returned to the Kalamazoo region after living in the Ann Arbor area for the past seven years.
American Village Builders is the custom residential building division of AVB, and specializes in single-family homes, condominiums and neighborhoods. AVB has been building in southwest Michigan since 1981.
