PETA appreciates Bio-Kleen’s stand against animal tests

Kalamazoo’s cleaning product manufacturer Bio-Kleen does not test its products on animals and has taken the PETA pledge to never test on animals in the future.

As far as PETA is concerned that makes Bio-Kleen a go-to company for caring consumers.

“Now people at home or on the go — on land or at sea — can go cruelty-free, sparing rabbits, mice, and other animals from being poisoned, burned, and killed,” says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman.

Other companies making similar products still maim and kill animals to test their products, the animal activist says.

For 22 years Bio-Kleen Products Inc. has manufactured cleaning and detailing products for boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, automobiles, household cleaning, janitorial and commercial cleaning industries.

All of its products are made and packaged in the United States with products and ingredients from American suppliers.

Company officials say they believe that companies have more than just an obligation to their country or their customers, they have a responsibility to the environment as well. For that reason its products are environmentally safe, biodegradable, non toxic, non aerosol and cruelty free. Its packaging is reusable and 100-percent recyclable.
