Smart phones bring WMU sports fans the stats
If you’re a WMU sports booster and a smart phone owner now there’s an app just for you.
Bronco sports super fans, whether they are an iPhone or an Android users, now have an easy way to follow WMU teams on their smartphones.
WMU athletics and Smartphones Technologies recently released the WMU Broncos College SuperFans App for the iPhone and Android.
The WMU Broncos College SuperFans App gives iPhone and Android users instant access to college football and basketball scores, news stories, schedules, Associated Press and BCS polls, conference standings, and game previews and recaps.
The application is $2.99 and is available in both Apple’s iTunes App Store and Android Market.
Another feature now available is a clock widget and live wallpaper for Bronco fans using Android devices. It displays Mid-American Conference and top 25 scores below the clock when games are in progress. The widget is $2.99 and is available in the Android Market.

Bronco fans also can customize their Android phones with the WMU Broncos Live Wallpaper. It features a 3-D Bronco athletics logo and background animation that fades from “WMU” to “Broncos.”
The wallpaper also works with the WMU Broncos Clock Widget, which is sold separately.
Settings allow fans to customize their live wallpaper, specifying where the logo should be on the page, on which pages the logo should appear, and how fast the logo animates. The wallpaper is $2.99 and is available in the Android Market.
