Doctor joins Borgess Family Medicine

Nehdia Hashemi, MD, has joined Borgess Family Medicine in Plainwell.

Dr. Hashemi most recently was a family physician with Primary Care One in Three Rivers.

She completed her residency in family medicine at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. She also was a medical officer in pediatric hematology-oncology at Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital and Research Center in Lahore, Pakistan.

Dr. Hashemi earned her medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan.

She is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
