Fortune ranks Whirlpool among top companies for grooming talent
Fortune Magazine has named Whirlpool Corp. to its 2011 list of Top Companies for Leaders. Whirlpool ranks ninth globally and sixth in North America on the list that provides a comprehensive study of organizational leadership. The company has been listed among the Global Top 20 companies since the study’s inception.
The study is conducted every two years by Aon Hewitt, the global human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon Corporation, in partnership with The RBL Group, a strategic Human Resources and leadership advisory firm, and Fortune Magazine.
