Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union hires Wendy Ballast
Wendy Ballast has been named the Chief Human Resource Officer for Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union. Ballast brings more than 20 years of human resource experience to the credit union.
She earned her MBA from Western Michigan University, and her BS from Michigan State University.
As the credit union’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Ballast will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including benefit design and administration, payroll, performance evaluation, and employee relations. Ballast will also recruit new hires and implement employee retention programs.
