Pokagon Fund will give donation to improve park

Memorial Park in New Buffalo Township will be looking better, thanks to a $373,033  grant from the Pokagon Fund.

The Pokagon Fund is a private foundation funded by 1 percent of the electronic gambling revenue from the Four Winds Casino Resort in New Buffalo Township.

Excerpt:

Improvements will include walking trails, irrigation, landscaping, equipment and lighting of the basketball and volleyball courts.
