Sturgis Journal: County to pay firm for marketing strategy
St. Joseph County wants to attract Chicago area retirees and is willing to pay a branding firm to help make it happen, reports the Sturgis Journal. County commissioners recently approved spending $5,000 to 2 Fish Company to provide a comprehensive marketing plan detailing advertising activities, advertising and marketing vectors, goals, tactics, timing and costs.
