B.C. Enquirer: Lemurs finger paint to help other lemurs

Binder Park Zoo recently hosted an Animal Art Play Day and various animals used their feet to create wild masterpieces. The Battle Creek Enquirer reports zookeeper Aaron Clark of Battle Creek filled a tray with various colors of nontoxic paint at the lemur exhibit and put a sheet of white paper on the ground. A crowd watched while he used treats to bribe the lemurs into walking through the paint tray and over the paper, so their small footprints left colorful patterns.
