Musicians needed for Festival Market Series in Battle Creek
Facebook will be the venue as musicians compete for a chance to perform at the Festival Market Music Series in downtown Battle Creek this summer, reports the Battle Creek Enquirer.
There is only one slot to fill, so there’s expected to be some fierce competition. Musicians are asked to submit a video of no longer than five minutes that demonstrates their musical style. All entries submitted will then be voted on by Downtown Battle Creek facebook fans.
Excerpt: The Festival Market Music Series is a lunch-hour concert series held in downtown Battle Creek July through August at Festival Market Square. The lunch-hour concert accompanies the Battle Creek Farmers Market and downtown employees, visitors and passersby.
