AVB Inc. hires Ryan Minier and Beth Kiel
The construction company AVB Inc. has grown its accounting team by two.
Ryan Minier has joined the firm as Senior Accountant working specifically on real estate development.
Minier has six years of professional experience. He previously worked for Plante Moran.
He is a Mattawan native and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and Personal Finance from Western Michigan University.
Beth Kiel joins the firm as a Staff Accountant for American Village Builders, the residential construction division of AVB Inc.
She started at American Village Builders as an intern through the Monroe Brown Scholarship program administered by Southwest Michigan First and the Monroe Brown Foundation.
Kiel earned a B.A. in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College in 2011 and is a Plainwell native.
