Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

There are lots of places to fish in Michigan and LIVESTRONG.COM is currently touting Berrien Springs.

A July story on the site says anglers can cast off from the banks of the St. Joseph River or head to Lake Michigan, which is just a few miles from Berrien Springs.

Excerpt:

What’s Biting: You can catch a wide variety of fish in the Berrien Springs area. At the Berrien Springs Dam on the St. Joseph River, you can catch chinook, coho salmon and steelhead. Crystal clear rivers and lakes in the area also have bass, bluegill, suckers and northern pike. Fishermen who prefer trout should head to Dowagiac, Brandywine, McCoy and Kinzie creeks for the rainbow and brown varieties. You also can catch walleye and perch in the area.
